Prior to joining Heller, Caroline spent 5 years in executive search, with a heavy focus on recruiting for HR and GTM roles within the tech industry.
Before joining Heller, Kana worked at a scientific and engineering consulting firm, where she recruited Ph.D. level scientists and engineers for technical consulting roles.
