Her consultative, relationship-focused approach draws on more than 15 years of experience across executive search, talent acquisition, and senior HR leadership.
Kate has worked with organizations ranging from venture-backed startups to Fortune 500 companies, with particular expertise in technology and healthcare. She brings a unique perspective to executive search, having led people strategy through periods of rapid growth, organizational change, M&A, and integration. Her experience includes partnering with executive teams to assess leadership needs, build organizations, and develop scalable talent strategies.
Prior to joining Heller, she held HR and talent leadership roles at high-growth technology and healthcare companies, as well as conducted retained executive searches for C-level and senior executives across technology, financial services, private equity, healthcare, and other regulated industries.
