For many CIOs, a critical step in digital transformation is to educate the board on how technology is impacting their business. This was certainly true for Terry Robbins, CIO of STO Building Group, a global construction management firm.

By early 2019, STO had gone through an ownership change, a rebranding, and a series of mergers.
