About Brittany Danehy
Brittany Danehy is Client Partner and Director of Performance & Insights at Heller, where she leads the firm’s delivery organization and partners with clients on critical technology executive searches. In addition to leading searches and delivering an exceptional client experience, Brittany oversees Heller’s search performance strategy, including KPI governance, analytics, resource allocation, reporting, and operational improvement. She is accountable for aligning team execution, resource planning, and search delivery performance to improve scalability, efficiency, and client outcomes.
Since joining Heller in 2017 as an Associate, Brittany has progressed through increasingly senior roles, drawing on her extensive technology recruiting experience and deep knowledge of the executive talent market. Her clear communication, data-driven approach, innovative mindset, and commitment to client service have made her a trusted search partner across Heller’s client base.
Brittany holds a BA in Legal Studies from Lasell University in Auburndale, Massachusetts.
