Caroline brings a proactive and streamlined approach to the search process and is passionate about continual learning and improvement. She enjoys the challenge of uncovering great talent and helping companies bring in new leaders that will transform and elevate their organizations.
Prior to joining Heller, Caroline spent 5 years in executive search, with a heavy focus on recruiting for HR and GTM roles within the tech industry. Prior to her move to executive search, she worked in HR and assisted in onboarding, early-career recruiting, benefits, and liaising between departments for commissions planning.
Caroline graduated from Sacred Heart University with a BS in Business Management, and Louisiana State University (Shreveport) with an MBA in Human Resources.
