About Charley Betzig
Charley Betzig is a Managing Director and a practice leader in Heller’s Enterprise IT, Private Equity, and Cybersecurity practices. Charley successfully leads CIO, CTO, CISO, Vice President, and Director level searches for both publicly traded and private equity-backed firms nationwide. He has recently recruited c-level leaders for clients in the manufacturing, healthcare, media, retail/hospitality, and insurance industries. Having led hundreds of searches throughout his career, Charley’s clients recognize him for his ability to solve unique talent challenges across the ever-changing technology landscape.
Charley is a solution-oriented executive, who builds trust with clients and candidates through responsiveness, commitment, and a measured approach. He is passionate about building productive, long-term relationships with clients.
Before joining Heller, Charley helped build the Chicago office for a boutique HR-focused executive search firm. He began his career with a major, global executive search firm in its industrial practice.
Charley earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Detroit chapter of the Society for Information Management (SIM).
