As a trusted talent advisor both to clients and candidates, Tim is passionate about identifying candidates that solve clients’ challenges and propel their businesses forward.
Prior to joining Heller, Tim was an executive recruiter in the technology and consulting practice at a global talent advisory firm. In that role, he recruited executive level talent for private equity-backed SaaS companies and large consulting organizations, with a specific focus on data, AI, engineering, and technology leadership. Earlier in his career, Tim spent three years driving global leadership recruitment as a member of the internal executive search team at a software development platform provider. He began his career in executive search as a project manager at a global executive search firm.
Tim earned a B.A. from Bucknell University.
