Heller was retained by the State Compensation Insurance Fund to recruit a Chief Information Officer. State Fund is a provider of workers’ compensation insurance in California. We identified Matt Kulangara for this role. Kulangara most recently served as Chief Information Officer at Woodruff Sawyer. Prior to that, he was the Chief Information Officer for Oregon Mutual Insurance. Kulangara earned a B.S. from Rutgers University and an A.L.M. degree from Harvard University.
