November 4, 2026 – Heller, a leading technology executive search firm, today announced the promotion of Aanchal Bhushan from Associate to Senior Associate.
Bhushan, who has nearly ten years of HR experience, earned a B.S. degree from DeVry University, a master’s in human resources from DePaul University and an AESC Certificate in Executive Research. Her diverse experience spans various industries, and being bilingual in Punjabi and Hindi gives her the ability to source candidates who may not be English-first speakers.
Already an experienced member of Heller’s executive search team, as a Senior Associate at Heller Bhushan will apply her organizational and relationship-building skills to assess the talent market, provide research, and streamline logistics to create a top-tier experience for our clients and candidates.
She is passionate about creating and developing relationships with the hiring managers and executive assistants for each search as well as the internal team. She is dedicated to maintaining open lines of communication with candidates throughout their job-search journey, providing support and guidance during interviews and beyond.
