Brittany leads the firm’s delivery organization and continues to partner with clients on critical technology executive searches. In addition to leading searches and delivering an exceptional client experience, Brittany oversees Heller’s search performance strategy, including KPI governance, analytics, resource allocation, reporting, and operational improvement. She is accountable for aligning team execution, resource planning, and search delivery performance to improve scalability, efficiency, and client outcomes.
