As you peruse this year’s reading list, as recommended by our beloved Heller Report readers, please keep in mind that although the CIO Paradox made it onto this list, shameless self-promotion is not the goal. 😊

This year’s list includes diverse authors including a LinkedIn co-founder, a Navy captain, a Wharton professor, and covers topics from inclusive leadership to risk-taking, cybersecurity, effective collaboration, and technology architecture. You’ll even find some “business novels” that tell fictional stories about DevOps leadership and a newly minted CISO learning the ropes.

Also in this edition: Michael Clifton and Max Schwendner, co-CEOs of Alorica, on managing the risks of implementing AI in customer experience systems; and how today became World Emoji Day.
