The Heller Report: Heller Builds New Digital and CX Candidate Networks
With AI change upon us, our businesses are more in need of transformational leadership than ever.
We need leaders who bring that special blend of cross-functional people leadership, process knowledge, storytelling, an understanding of data (liquidity, extensibility, security), technical depth, and a commercial or “value” lens.
How do we find these rare yet must-have leaders? At Heller, the answer is “very strategically.”
As a case in point, let me introduce Zach Peikon, who joins Heller from Korn Ferry, where he recruited transformational leaders in the F500 across digital, product, CX, marketing, and analytics.
By combining Zach’s digital, customer, and product search experience with Heller’s CIO, CTO, and CISO networks, we are unlocking a new pool of transformational leaders.
More to come!

Cyber Means Business: Malcolm Harkins on Why GenAI Security is a Boardroom Imperative

“Responsible AI” frameworks are important, but without real protections, they can create a false sense of security, explains Malcolm Harkins, former CISO of Intel and current chief security and trust officer at AI security company HiddenLayer. In this interview for Heller’s “Cyber Means Business” series, Harkins breaks down what security leaders need to understand about these threats, why AI security belongs in the boardroom, and how to act before the risks become reality.
From the Wayback Machine: First Drive on the Moon

On July 31, 1971, Apollo 15 astronaut David Scott stepped into the seat of the battery-powered Lunar Roving Vehicle and began a drive on the Moon’s surface, as This Day in Tech History notes. Astronaut Jim Irwin also rode the vehicle on this mission, which a NASA historian reported traveled 27.8 kilometers in 3 hours, 2 minutes of driving time. A “moon rover” was part of three lunar missions (also Apollo 16 and 17). The three vehicles remain.
