The newly-formed practice places IT professionals, on a direct hire basis, at the management and individual contributor levels, with particular focus in the areas of infrastructure, technical support, security, data, and project management.
In her new role as Director of the Technology Professionals Practice, Sara will help CIO and VP clients recruit highly qualified technical managers and individual contributors.

Sara has nearly 20 years of recruiting experience, excelling in both contract and direct hire placements, with an emphasis on IT and digital. Prior to joining Heller Search, she worked as a senior account executive – contract & direct hire placement at firstPRO for nearly 14 years. Her deep experience in both contract recruiting and direct hire placement led Sara to help spearhead the opening of firstPRO’s IT division in Boston. Previously, Sara worked as an account executive at Thompson Technologies and as a financial recruiter at The Bolton Group. She is a past board member for HDI Atlanta and HDI New England.
