She began her career in search as a research associate for Heidrick & Struggles in Chicago.

Sara heads up our new technology staffing division, Heller Technology Staffing. The practice places IT professionals, on a direct hire basis, at the management and individual contributor levels, with particular focus in the areas of infrastructure, technical support, security, data, and project management.
Prior to joining Heller Search in 2023, Sara was with firstPRO for nearly 14 years. Her deep experience in both contract recruiting and direct hire placement led Sara to be part of the team selected to spearhead the opening of the IT division in Boston, relocating from the firstPRO office in Atlanta.
